C-Trees & More LLC is looking for an experienced Tree Service Grounds man to join our professional tree crew. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with tree service experience who take pride in working safely and efficiently.
This is a full-time position with year-round work and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Assist with tree removals and tree trimming.
- Safely operate chainsaws, chippers, blowers, and other tree equipment.
- Feed brush and logs into the chipper safely.
- Drag and remove brush and debris from job sites.
- Set up ropes, rigging, and work zones.
- Load and unload equipment and materials.
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow directions from the Crew Leader and work as part of a team.
- Assist climbers and bucket truck operators as needed.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of tree service experience preferred.
- Experience using chainsaws and wood chippers.
- Must be physically able to lift 75 pounds or more.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license required.
- CDL is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance.
