Proven leadership experience in automotive service management

Detail-oriented – High focus on compliance, warranty adherence & technician training
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Act as a strong, visible leader who motivates and controls the entire service department
- Train and develop service advisors, technicians, and parts staff to deliver an elevated customer experience
- Set clear department objectives that align with dealership growth goals
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Operational & Performance Management
- Ensure fair and efficient work dispatching to maximize productivity
- Minimize unapplied time and improve service lane efficiency
- Analyze daily & monthly reports to monitor key performance metrics and coach for improvement
- Maintain full warranty compliance and keep the dealership in the CPVS safe zone
- Drive 100% digital MPI and video communication adoption
Technician & Service Advisor Oversight
- Keep all technicians on track with OEM training requirements
- Monitor performance, productivity, and training completion
- Ensure adherence to all dealership and manufacturer policies
Collaboration & Customer Experience
- Work seamlessly with the sales team to create a frictionless customer journey
- Maintain a customer-first mindset while driving department profitability
- Ensure all service & parts employees deliver the highest standard of service
