We specialize in trauma, PTSD, addiction recovery, and mental health stabilization, with particular expertise in serving veterans, first responders, and high-performance professionals. Position Summary
As a Program Support Staff member, you are the heartbeat of our residential program. You will help create a safe, structured, and uplifting environment for clients as they navigate recovery and personal transformation.
This is a deeply meaningful role — every interaction has the potential to encourage healing, inspire resilience, and influence someone’s life path.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with residential clients to ensure safety, respect, and emotional stability within the facility.
- Provide positive role-modeling, therapeutic support, and day-to-day encouragement.
- Mentor clients in building healthier habits, life skills, and recovery-oriented behaviors.
- Support the flow and structure of the program through documentation, observation, and teamwork.
- Uphold the standards of a premier, trauma-informed treatment facility.
- Work collaboratively with clinical and leadership teams to support continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, steadiness, and compassion during emotionally intense situations.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening; a commitment to a clean and sober lifestyle is required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or recovery work is helpful but not required — we provide training, mentorship, and ongoing development.

Open Schedules
We are currently hiring for four Program Support roles:
- Part-Time: Monday–Friday, 5:00pm–10:00pm
- Full-Time Night Shift: Overnight (Graveyard)
- Full-Time Weekend Availability Required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
