We are seeking a dynamic, Series 7–registered Investment Operations Specialist to join our team as a trusted resource for clients, advisors, and the firm. In this role, you will demonstrate a commitment to excellence and a tenacious mindset—onboarding new accounts, maintaining accurate records, executing timely and accurate investment trades, researching and resolving issues, and preparing client correspondence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, while ensuring compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute investment trades, distributions, incoming investments, and other transaction activity with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
· Process account funding, deposits, and money movement, including transfers, rollovers, and conversions
· Open, onboard, and maintain client accounts (IRAs, qualified plans, trusts, and non-qualified accounts) in accordance with firm and custodian requirements
· Support advisors and guide clients through onboarding and ongoing account servicing needs
· Monitor transactions and account activity to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards
· Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client communications across all investment-related activities
· Prepare investment proposals, account paperwork, and supporting materials for client meetings
· Follow established workflows, procedures, and operational best practices consistently
· Assist is developing systems and procedures to improve workflows and client experience
· Provide support on special projects as needed

Requirements:
· Current Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), FINRA General Securities Representative (Series 7), and Series 63 or Series 66
· Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Highly organized self-starter with the ability to take full ownership of responsibilities from start to finish
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands in a deadline-driven environment
· Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software
· Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively use new systems and technology
· Experience in client service within the financial services industry
· Life & Health insurance license preferred; may be required to obtain (employer-paid)
