What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Operate the point-of-sale system to ring up sales and services
- Assist with shipping, packing, printing, faxing, notary, and mailbox services
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Support day-to-day store operations as needed
