Are you an organized Inventory Clerk with experience in inventory control, stockroom operations, or manufacturing materials management looking to join a stable and growing manufacturing business?
We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the flow of materials throughout a busy manufacturing operation. You'll be responsible for receiving, issuing, tracking, and maintaining component inventory while ensuring production teams have the materials they need to keep operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, count, and verify incoming components from suppliers
- Prepare materials and components for outside processing
- Kit components to support manufacturing work orders
- Deliver materials to designated production work centres
- Reconcile returned inventory and investigate stock variances
- Return materials to correct stocking locations
- Maintain organized and accessible inventory storage areas
- Track miscellaneous stock issues and inventory transactions
- Package products in accordance with documented instructions
- Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory activities
- Identify and report non-conforming materials
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the inventory function
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of inventory, stockroom, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
- Experience handling small parts and component inventory
- Ability to use counting scales and inventory control processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- High school level mathematics proficiency
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
