Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable skilled Painter w/ general home maintenance skills to paint residential/commercial painting projects
Prepping surfaces, applying paint, and performing various maintenance (drywall, occasional woodwork replacement (bad boards on deck, replacing facia boards, etc) & keeping job site clean.
Responsibilities:
Pick up paint & equipment & take to job site & apply paint to client's house
Requirements
- Comfortable with moving/climbing ladders
- Prior experience with spraying handheld sprayers &/or spray machines at residential &/or commercial painting is necessary
- Knowledge of basic home repairs
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders
- * Experience with caulking, trim repairs, plastering/mudding, painting professionally, applying epoxy to cement, occasional light fixture installation (light fixtures &/or ceiling fans or light switches etc) *
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team in various environments
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation & punctuality is 100% required
- Smoke breaks & lunch is allowed but are unpaid
- Must look presentable & be cleancut
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:
- Painting or drywall/Painting : 2 years (Required)
- Drywall/or Cut-ins & 18" Rollers for Painting: 2 years (Required)
