POSITION DESCRIPTION
AFPRR Support Staff, Level II
Reports To: AFPRR Supervisor
FLSA: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of Support Staff Level II is to perform billing, data tracking and clerical duties, including:
- Perform billing duties
- Answering phones and greeting consumers
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining and logging utilization of petty cash
- Order supplies.
- Any and all other duties as assigned

- Ability to develop and maintain data tracking systems (e.g. Excel spreadsheets)
- Good writing skills, including the ability to draft letters and other correspondence
- The ability to generate timely and accurate billing for program services rendered
- Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to develop or improve existing office protocols or work flow
- Ability to multi-task
- Cultural competence
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or business courses preferred.
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License or State ID
Environment
- Generally an office environment with a cubicle or reception area workstation
- Ability to travel and attend meetings at various locations may be required
- Some non-traditional hours such as evenings or weekends may be required
