This is not a salaried employment position. This is a clinic space/collaboration opportunity for licensed providers who want to see their own patients in a professional medical office setting without taking on full office overhead.

Sanford Family Care Center is looking to connect with a licensed physician, nurse practitioner, or outpatient provider interested in establishing a flexible clinic presence in Sanford without taking on the overhead of opening a full medical office.

This is not a traditional salaried employment position. We are exploring provider partner models, including flexible room-use arrangements, revenue-share structures, or hybrid space/support models depending on provider needs and fit.
Candidates must have an active Florida license and appropriate malpractice coverage. Credentialing, payer participation, scope of services, scheduling, staff support, and billing workflow will be discussed based on the provider’s intended model.
