Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of vehicles, ensuring that each car meets our high standards of quality. This role involves a variety of tasks related to cleaning, detailing, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for our clients.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Conduct window tinting services as needed, ensuring precision and quality.
- Drive vehicles safely to various locations within the facility or for customer delivery.
- Execute car wash services, including hand washing, waxing, and buffing to achieve a polished finish.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Assist with custodial duties as required to keep the facility organized and presentable.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in detailing or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to operate various cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary for driving duties.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to vehicle care and maintenance.
