Legacy Healthcare Advantage is seeking a dependable and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide in-home care for a client in the Hilton Head, SC area.
Schedule:
- Part-time
- 15–20 hours per week
- Day shifts
- Flexible scheduling based on client needs
Client Care Level:
- Level 1–2 Care
- Client has Alzheimer's disease
Responsibilities Include:
- Personal care assistance as needed
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Running errands and grocery shopping
- Companionship and engaging conversation
- Safety monitoring
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Qualifications:
- Caregiving experience preferred
- Experience working with clients with Alzheimer's or dementia is a plus
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient
- Ability to pass required background checks
