**IN OFFICE POSITION. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. NO REMOTE WORK**
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all front office operations, purchasing coordination, and facility management. This role ensures efficient administrative operations while supporting both the Operations, Transportation and Human Resources divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all administrative functions
- Supervise office staff to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards
- Monitor office expenses and assist with budget preparation and cost control
- Maintain accurate records related to HR documentation, billing, and employee attendance
- Manage facility operations, including maintenance of office equipment, systems, and building access (keys, security cards, etc.)
- Support Human Resources with recruiting, onboarding, and company events
- Assist with documentation related to freight movement, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Verifies and completes reports for Operations and Transportation departments
- Support driver scheduling, communication, and dispatch coordination
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax, including billing and invoicing questions
- Review driver logs (electronic and paper) to ensure compliance and timely submission; report discrepancies as needed
- Assist in monitoring and reporting transportation-related costs
- Maintain accurate documentation through reports, logs, and records
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, Transportation Manager or Ops Manager
- Strong understanding of office administration processes, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with standard office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions
- High School Diploma required, some college preferred
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
