About the Role:
We are looking for a C-Level Technician to perform basic vehicle repairs and maintenance. This role is well-suited for technicians with some hands-on experience or self-taught skills who are looking to grow their career in the automotive field.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and tire repairs.
Complete light repair work such as brake services, suspension part replacements, and fluid exchanges.
Conduct basic vehicle inspections and fluid top-offs.
Assist higher-level technicians with complex repairs.
Document all work performed and ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Requirements:

5+ years of automotive industry experience; ASE certifications a plus.
- Advanced diagnostic and repair knowledge (12-volt, hybrid, EV systems).
- Familiarity with autonomous, electric, or hybrid vehicle technology
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, OEM systems, and repair documentation.
- Trade school or equivalent technical background preferred.
