We’re seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to manage administrative tasks, coordinate client communications, support our appraisers with scheduling appointments, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for organizing administrative tasks. This role is a contractor role and will be paid as a 1099 contractor
Key Responsibilities
· Answer and manage phone calls and emails professionally
· Schedule and coordinate appraisal appointments
· Organize digital files and maintain records in our system
· Track assignments and follow up on pending items
· Provide general administrative support to the team
· Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs
Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and cloud-based tools (such as iCloud and Google Drive)
· Strong organizational and time management abilities
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
