Keep Every Project Moving, From Production to Final Install.
At Bluebell Fine CabinetryDesign, the best projects don't just look extraordinary. They run seamlessly behind the scenes.
Every cabinet, countertop, and custom detail has to arrive at the right place, at the right time, and get installed to the standard our clients expect.
We're looking for a Project Manager - LogisticsService who thrives on coordination, keeps a dozen moving pieces on track without dropping a single one, and takes pride in making sure every project lands exactly as promised.
What You'll Be Trusted to Do
You'll be the critical link between designers, manufacturers, builders, installers, and homeowners, ensuring every project moves seamlessly from production through installation and beyond.
-
Maintain full visibility across active projects, from the moment cabinets leave production through final installation.
-
Manage manufacturer reserve forms, submittal timelines, and sign-off deadlines to keep every project on schedule.
-
Coordinate deliveries to job sites and the warehouse, and confirm sites are ready before cabinetry arrives.
-
Oversee installation of cabinetry, appliances, countertops, and related millwork, conducting quality control checks throughout.
-
Manage incoming service calls, distinguishing warranty issues from normal wear and tear, and schedule resolutions quickly and fairly.
-
Provide weekly updates to stakeholders so everyone stays confident the project is on track.
You'll own the flow of every project, but you'll never do it alone. You'll work alongside an operations team who care just as much about getting the details right as you do.
Who We're Looking For
You're someone who:
-
Has experience coordinating projects, logistics, or installations, ideally in high-end cabinetry, construction, or interior finishing.
-
Can juggle multiple concurrent timelines without losing track of a single detail.
-
Communicates clearly and confidently with architects, builders, designers, and homeowners.
-
Notices when something's off before it becomes a problem.
-
Takes ownership instead of waiting for direction.
-
Finds satisfaction in resolving service and warranty issues fairly and efficiently.
