At LGC Hospitality Staffing, Account Managers are the face of the company to our clients. You’ll protect and grow revenue across your assigned accounts and be held directly accountable for results.
What You Own
- Retention of all assigned client accounts
- Revenue growth within existing clients
- Expansion into new departments, shifts, and service opportunities
- Wallet share growth and increased market presence
- Client relationships and overall satisfaction
What You’ll Do
- Conduct weekly client touchpoints via calls, texts, and in-person visits
- Perform regular onsite check-ins to maintain service quality and visibility
- Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
- Partner with recruiting to ensure orders are filled accurately and on time
- Resolve issues quickly to protect and strengthen client relationships

- Order fill rate and execution quality
- Client engagement (touchpoint frequency and onsite presence)

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus commission tied directly to account growth and retention.
