## What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day)
You are the conductor of the orchestra. From the front door to the kitchen pass, you keep the rhythm perfect.
- Own the Floor: Supervise and coordinate dining room activities to ensure seamless service flow and high-energy hospitality.
- Build Champions: Lead, train, and inspire staff on POS operations, food safety, and the art of exceptional customer service.
- Run the Business: Master inventory control, minimize waste, handle cash with absolute integrity, and optimize staff schedules for peak performance.
- Set the Standard: Maintain a spotless, organized, and health-code-compliant dining environment.
- Elevate Events: Bring your expertise to the table for catering, banquets, and special events.

- Experienced Leader: You have proven management experience in fast-casual, casual, or fine dining/hotel environments.

- Team Builder: You have a track record of hiring (conducting great interviews), training, and retaining top talent.
- Detail-Oriented: Food safety protocols, inventory numbers, and clean stations are second nature to you.
- Bonus Points: Experience in catering, banquet services, or bar operations is a major plus!
