Duties
- Check customers' identification to verify legal age
- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
- Greet and welcome patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a visible presence at the entrance, deterring any potential security threats
- Respond to emergencies or incidents, such as medical emergencies or security breaches, following established protocols
- Handle any conflicts or disputes that may arise among patrons
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security
- Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and compliance
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of conflict management strategies and techniques
- Certification in law enforcement, loss prevention, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, guests, and colleagues
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is desirable
