Experienced Security & Fire Systems Technicians Wanted
We are seeking an experienced, licensed Fire Alarm & Security Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, programming, and integrating security cameras, intrusion detection, fire alarms, and access control systems — all tied into customer networks for seamless performance. This position is not entry-level as it requires proven expertise, industry certifications, and a commitment to excellence.
Compensation:
$50,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Program and bring camera systems online

Program and bring intrusion systems online

Install new fire alarm systems and upgrade panels, devices, and components

Configure and activate access control systems

Pull, terminate, and test data and fiber optic cabling

Connect and integrate all systems with the company networks for reliable performance
Qualifications:
- Industry certifications such as NICET are a plus

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the field

Solid understanding of NFPA codes and standards

Proven ability to work with networked systems, IP-based devices, and system integrations

Must meet background requirements outlined by the Texas Department of Private Security

Active Fire Alarm and Security license required
