The Sanitation Manager uses company values as a guide to look for improvements throughout the manufacturing operation. They build the strongest of relationships with operational and supporting departments by being upfront and collaborative with team leaders from other departments. They are clear about sanitation gaps and help provide guidance and resources to eliminate inefficiencies.
The Sanitation manager develops, implements, and continuously improves the sanitation program. This person works throughout the plant by communicating, training, and facilitating compliance with FDA regulations. They guide their teams using the core principles of ACG.

- Reports to the Director of Quality.
- Works closely with Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Control Manager to identify, discuss, and solve issues related to cleaning and food safety.
- Collaborates with team members from other departments regularly and has a strong relationship with the leadership team.
