Our HVAC Apprentices will be taught all residential heating and air conditioning skills they need in our state-of-the-art apprenticeship building! No prior experience needed and all that is required is a willingness to learn.

- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Background and drug screen
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform tasks with attention to detail
- Must be able to access crawl spaces and attics
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on heating and air conditioning equipment
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Enroll in your maintenance training curriculum and complete required training lessons
- Complete full home inspections and maintenance checklists
- Coordinate with office for daily calls
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out
- Maintain a professional image
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
