Flagstaff Farms is hiring a farm manager to help expand our organic and hydroponic
grow operations. Nestled at 7700 ft. in Boulder, CO, Flagstaff Farms is a mix of outdoor,
greenhouse, and hydroponic, utilizing permaculture and sustainable farming practices. Our ideal candidate has a green thumb with a passion for
sustainably sourced organic food. This position involves managing all aspects of the
farm, including plant and staff schedules, ordering seeds, building soil, seeding,
watering, transplanting, and harvesting crops, and general maintenance.

Job Summary:
Seeking a part- to full-time farm manager to work 20-40 hours a week to
manage our growing farm. The farm manager will use google sheets to assist with
scheduling and tracking on a daily/weekly/seasonal basis and will engage with the
owner and his executive assistant to maintain the farm.
Job Responsibilities:
● 20-40 hours per week
● Maintaining plant and staff schedule
● Lifting and carrying as needed
● Manage ordering, seeding, watering, transplanting, and harvesting of all crops
● Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
Job Qualifications:
● Basic understanding of plant care, soil quality, and greenhouses
● Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously
● Excellent communication skills
● Familiar with Google Suite (Docs, sheets, presentations, calendar, etc.)
● Organized and deadline oriented
● Ability to lift up to 50lbs
● Dependable with reliable 4x4 transportation
