Candidate Requirements
We like to keep it simple and be direct to the point. You don't need a formalized write-up of what a bookkeepers do. We are looking for multiple bookkeepers that meet all of these requirements.
1. Must be both fast and accurate. There's no value in being fast and wrong or slow and right.
2. Strong communication skills are critical. We're a fast-moving team that prioritizes responsiveness.
3. Must have experience bookkeeping for real estate brokerages. If you don't have this experience, you will not be considered
4. Must have full-cycle bookkeeping experience and have extensive experience with QBO
The Role & Compensation
- Full time position with 90-day probationary period from date of hire
- Fully remote work
- $60,000 - $65,000 annual comp based on experience
