Baristas at The Daily can expect to earn about $11-14 per hour in credit card tips on top of their wage. Credit Card tips are pooled over the week. Wage range is $12 to $14.
We are looking for three or four friendly, fun, teachable, and dependable baristas to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and community. Our ideal candidate has a kind nature and wants to learn and serve. Our core value is serving others!
Our core barista team is strong with several great people but we need three or four baristas to round out our team. This is not a seasonal position--specifically searching for year-round employment.
We are unapologetically committed to serving the highest quality products and providing the best service in the cleanest environment--all while working as a team and having fun! We hold ourselves to a very high standard and are quick. We serve more than 450 people a day but still take care of the tiny details.
We are currently seeking someone who is interested in 25-40 hours (we're flexible on which days) per week. Weekend availability, either totally open or partially open is required. We are very busy over the holidays and being available during the season is required. We serve Verve and Studio coffee roasters using top of the line Mahlkonig grinders and La Marzocco machines.
**We're open 6:00am - 6:30pm M-F and 6:00a-5p S-S, so mornings and evenings are both important shifts**
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
