- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
- Leadership qualities that motivate teams to achieve operational goals while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
- Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while balancing staffing needs during busy periods.
- Strong communication skills paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Pay: $44,621.63 - $53,737.87 per year
