LPN – Family Medicine Outpatient Clinic
The Role
We're seeking (2) Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Hospital's - outpatient clinic in the Yorktown Heights, NY area.
Details
- Location: Yorktown Heights, NY
- Setting: Hospital-Affiliated Outpatient Clinic
- Pay Rate: $35.00/per hour
- Schedule: 8a to 4p (30min unpaid lunch - 5x8 shifts — Monday to Friday)
- Schedule could update to 915a to 515p based on Dept needs
- Interview Process: Zoom or In-person (Practice Manager's Decision)
- Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
- Length: 12-week assignment (Extension possible)
What We're Looking For
- Multi-Specialty experience HIGHLY preferred
- NYS LPN Certification, Registration and License required
- AHA BLS required — only candidates with a strong professional track record will be considered
- High School Education required
- COVID-19 Vaccine Required - Medical Exemptions ONLY
- Flu Vaccine Required - Medial/Religious Exemptions and Declination allowed
- EPIC experience is required
Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
