Sinner’s Seafood & Steakhouse – Kenilworth, NJ
Sinner’s Seafood & Steakhouse is currently hiring ALL kitchen staff to join our team, including: sous chef, line cooks, grill cooks, raw bar, prep, and dishwashers. The kitchen staff will be responsible for consistently executing all systems and standards to provide guests the highest quality food products.
*MUST BE AVAILABLE NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS*
Responsibilities
- Prior experience as a restaurant kitchen team member, cook, line cook, prep cook, or other restaurant kitchen part time job highly desirable, preferable steakhouse experience
- Must be knowledgeable/proficient in cooking steaks
- Kitchen set up and breakdown
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas
- Must be willing to train/work on any cooking line/department
- Follows Sinner’s Steakhouse recipes and operating procedures and systems
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
- Safe food handling procedures
- Follows all opening and closing procedures
- Positive attitude, reliable and punctual is a must
- Ability to maintain professionalism
- Menu knowledge and the ability to adapt to change
- 5 day work week
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: From $15.92 per hour
