ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of six. After graduating college, I immediately began my career with State Farm and eventually had the opportunity to take over the office. That experience gave me a strong appreciation for team development, customer relationships, and building a long-term career in the industry.
I’m a graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in Financial Management. I have three children and enjoy spending time with family, attending Clemson football games, and being involved in youth sports activities with my kids. I stay active in the community through the Spartanburg County Chamber of Commerce, involvement with my local church, and supporting local businesses whenever possible.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Davis Griffin - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
