Location: 3890 Redwine Road, Suite 212, Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Tuesdays: Surgery day (no clinic patients)
Employment Type: Part-time
$500–$750 Retention Bonus After 120 Days for Qualified Candidates

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Ophthalmic Technician to join our clinical team. This role involves direct patient care, diagnostic testing, and assisting the physician in delivering comprehensive ophthalmic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient work-ups:
- Visual acuity
- Refractions (preferred)
- Tonometry
- Medical history documentation
- Conduct diagnostic testing:
- OCT (Heidelberg Spectralis)
- Visual fields (Olleyes VR / Centerfield)
- Fundus photography (Optos)
- OPD Scan III
- Prepare patients for exams and procedures
- Assist with in-office procedures
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Support efficient patient flow
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Ophthalmology or optometry experience
- COA/COT certification
Required:
- Strong reliability and work ethic
- Excellent patient communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- (Typical Atlanta range: ~$19–$21/hour+ depending on skill level)
