Basic Purpose: As part of our overnight Room Service team, you will play a key role in delivering seamless room service while supporting the smooth running of operations overnight. You will manage all in ‑ room dining orders received via telephone and mobile platform, ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and efficient distribution to the kitchen and service teams, as well as deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with professionalism, discretion, and warmth, creating a refined dining experience in the privacy of the guest’s room.
Greet guests, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.
Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations .
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests .
