Production Worker / Molder (Entry-Level | Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and prepare equipment for production, including cleaning, coating, and assembly
- Pour molten aluminum using appropriate handling tools and safety equipment
- Monitor casting quality and make real-time adjustments as needed
- Remove finished castings and conduct visual and dimensional inspections
- Perform grinding, trimming, and cleanup on raw castings
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Complete production and quality checks
- Follow all plant safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout guidelines
- Work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors
Preferred Skills:
- Manufacturing, foundry, or production experience
- Knowledge of aluminum casting or metalworking processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in industrial or hot work environments
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and production schedules
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting wage: $20.00/hour (based on experience)
