Join our growing team at Mas Access as a Community Services Coordinator, where you will play a key role in helping individuals and families access essential benefits and community resources.
This position is responsible for the daily operation of the office, assisting clients with applications such as Medicaid, SNAP (Food Stamps), and other programs, while providing excellent customer service in a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Open and prepare the office daily (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Assist clients with applications (Medicaid, SNAP, Medicare Savings Programs, etc.)
- Provide guidance on available community resources
- Ensure all client information is completed accurately and handled confidentially
- Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and a professional environment
- Deliver excellent customer service (bilingual preferred: English/Spanish)
- Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines
- Maintain basic documentation and case notes
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (data entry, online applications)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Passion for helping the community
Preferred Experience
- Experience assisting with Medicaid, SNAP, or similar programs
- Background in customer service, office support, or community work
- Familiarity with working with seniors and families
