The Role: Expert Transportation Recruiter
As a Class A CDL Driver Recruiter, you will play a pivotal, non-stop role in expanding our fleet by sourcing, securing, and onboarding top-tier drivers. This is a fully remote position requiring proven ability to work independently, manage a high-volume pipeline, and collaborate effectively with remote teams. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to successful onboarding, while upholding Titus Transport's values.
Key Responsibilities
- Application & Screening Expertise: Diligently screen, evaluate, and process Class A Driver applications. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all required documents.
- Compliance & Due Diligence: Expertly manage and pull critical recruitment documents including CDLIS, MVR, PSP, and Clearing House records.
- Interview & Placement: Conduct thorough virtual interviews to qualify drivers and strategically match them with suitable positions within Titus.
- ATS Mastery: Utilize Tenstreet (ATS) as a power-user for lead classification, meticulous tracking, and pipeline management.
- Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate and schedule drug screens and DOT Physicals. Clearly establish, communicate, and ensure follow-up on orientation dates to guarantee applicant arrival.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate daily with the Recruiting Manager, Account Managers, and the Safety Department to maintain a seamless remote hiring process.
- Relationship Building: Serve as a primary advocate for driver applicants, fostering strong relationships and promoting our company culture, referral programs, and incentives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Essential Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven, direct experience as a Class A Driver Recruiter is required.
- ATS Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Tenstreet (ATS) is non-negotiable.
- Virtual Work Ethic: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional virtual communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Fluency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable utilizing various recruiting technologies.
- Decision-Making: Strong ability to make sound, timely decisions that align with safety and operational needs.
