Job Overview
The Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® (TRAR) is seeking a dynamic and talented Operations and Members Services Manger to help lead our 800+ member organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. This full-time, salaried role will assist in advancing the interests of REALTOR® and affiliate members across the vibrant real estate markets of Will and Grundy counties in Illinois. The Operations and Members Services Manager will work closely with the CEO and outside vendors to ensure a first-class membership experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Oversee daily office operations, including administrative systems, financial processes, and internal procedures
- Support governance functions, including board and committee coordination
- Maintain and implement organizational policies and ensure compliance
Membership & Mutiple Listing Service (MLS)
- Manage member onboarding, renewals, and database accuracy
- Provide responsive customer service and support to members and affiliates
- Promote member benefits and ensure engagement with association offerings
- Manage MLS subscriber accounts and have general familiarity with the MLS
SentriLock
- Administer the SentriLock system, including issuing lockboxes and credentials
- Provide troubleshooting and member training on system usage
- Maintain accurate inventory and usage records
Education
- Coordinate continuing education courses, certification programs, and training opportunities
- Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and track course completion
- Work with instructors and providers to deliver relevant, high-quality content
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience with database/CRM systems and member management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Experience in association management or real estate industry preferred
Compensation & Benefits
TRAR offers a competitive compensation package:
Salary range: $55,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience
