We're seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing team, with a focus on insurance defense and personal injury matters. What You'll Do

Manage a caseload of defense matters from start to resolution (settlement or trial)

Work closely with clients, insurers, and internal team members to develop case strategy

Handle discovery, including depositions, written discovery, and document review

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Analyze medical records, liability, and damages

Negotiate with opposing counsel to resolve cases efficiently

Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
What We're Looking For
-
JD from an accredited law school
-
Active bar license (or ability to become licensed)

Interest in litigation/insurance defense; experience is a plus but not required

Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
