- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule appointments and follow up on service needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting Allied Experts’ services and solutions
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company databases
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Meet performance goals in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Previous customer service, call center, or dispatch experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Sales experience or the ability to confidently recommend services is a plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required
