Job Overview
Limones, a busy downtown restaurant, is hiring a busser/dining room assistant. We are open Monday-Saturday at 5pm for dinner only. The busser/dining room assistant works to assist the restaurant during dining room hours by bussing, cleaning & resetting tables, assisting servers, running food, filling waters, polishing plates and silverware and other various responsibilities. This is a tipped position with an hourly wage. Most shifts start at 6pm and last 4-5 hours, 2-4 days per week, weekends required.

Responsibilities
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation of dining areas, kitchen spaces, and service stations to uphold health standards
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables efficiently and preparing them for new guests
- Handle manual lifting tasks safely when moving supplies, equipment, or food items in compliance with safe lifting practices
- Communicate effectively with team members through internal channels to coordinate tasks seamlessly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations within the food industry
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests
- Willingness to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
