Position Summary:
The Recruitment Assistant plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting Girl Scout membership growth during our peak membership drive. This part-time, temporary position focuses entirely on the operational side of recruitment efforts, including printing, organizing, and prepping materials for distribution and upcoming recruitment events.
This is a self-managed role that requires excellent communication and proactive coordination. You will be responsible for managing your own workflow to ensure staff and volunteers across the region are fully equipped with the materials they need, exactly when they need them.

Peak Season: July – November
Schedule:
Total Hours: Approximately 25–30 hours per month (hours may fluctuate slightly based on peak recruitment deadlines).
Flexibility: Self-managed, highly flexible hours designed to fit your schedule while meeting project deadlines.
Compensation:
$17.50/hour

Production: Print, collate, and organize Girl Scout recruitment materials (flyers, sign-in sheets, event kits).
