Casino Ambassador
The position of Casino Ambassadors requires the Team Member to be a very versatile employee that is focused heavily on customer service while protecting the company’s assets. Clearly, it is everyone’s responsibility is to protect the assets of our business. However, the Casino Ambassador is a highly trained employee acutely aware of the needs of the customer.
Having a professional appearance is the first start of being a successful Casino Ambassador. The first step in being a successful and approachable Casino Ambassador is to be well groomed, alert and have a friendly demeanor. After possessing these three critical qualities, the Casino Ambassador will need to fully understand the Casino marketing objectives and must be willing actively participate in helping the Casino reach those marketing goals.
Job Requirements and Duties
Ø Demonstrate a desire to provide customer service to all.
Ø Provide leadership in taking care of customer and Team Member concerns.
Ø Understand the policies and procedures for the safety and well-being of our customers, facility and employees.
Ø Understand, participate and demonstrate in the company’s Emergency policies and procedures.
Ø Demonstrate accurate cash handling skills and the ability to follow gaming policies and practices for cash movement.
Ø Assist with implementing the Casino’s monthly marketing plan and communicating the plan with customers and Team Members alike.
Ø Become well versed on the benefits and policies of the Casino’s Jefe rewards promotions.
Ø Assist and aid customers who have questions and concerns on their, Slot Club benefits.
Ø Maintain a continual and methodical movement throughout the casino during your shift. By “walking the floor” on a continuous basis the CA will be able to spot a potential customer concern, as well as, assist customers with any concerns.
Ø Consistently meet their shift quota for new slot club sign ups.
Ø Make sound and supportive decisions on customer issues that are consistent with the objectives of the business.
Ø Understand gaming rules and policies regarding jackpots, taxable payouts and Title 31 transactions.
Ø Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Ø Must be able to stand for long periods at a time. In some instances, the entire shift
Ø Intermittent periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ø Able to lift at least but not limited to 50 pounds and if more must be with assistance.
Ø Ability to move quickly turning from left to right or right to left
Ø Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
