I Love HeartBeets is a plant-based local business focused on creating quality Vegan and vegetarian foods that taste great! We have a large and growing following who are big fans of our Award-Winning Vegan and Veggie Beet Burgers, Beet Lavender Lemonade and UnBeetable Dog Treats. We are looking for a Farmers Market Booth Lead for our Farmers Markets on Saturdays and/or Sundays. They are well attended and bustling Markets with wide array of offerings and great energy! The job features beautiful sunrises at the kitchen in Boulder, loading the booth and supplies into your vehicle and driving to either the Boulder or Longmont Farmers Markets on Saturdays and/or the Lafayette Farmers Market on Sundays.
Pay is commensurate to experience and effective administration of duties. Fuel stipend included and employee discounts granted. Many added opportunities to make bonuses and employee perks!
Responsibilities:
- Transport, set up/tear down and Manage Farmers Market booth and all Supplies.
- Develop a strong brand image and an effective marketing strategy.
- Effectively engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner.
- Efficiently perform duties and exhibit strong drive to succeed.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in retail sales and cash handling
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
- Experience with product demonstrations and merchandising
