Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet district goals related to sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise multiple store or branch managers to ensure high performance standards.
- Oversee profit and loss statements, analyze financial data, and implement initiatives to improve revenue and control costs.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for growth within the district.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate resources to ensure successful implementation of operational improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous process improvement by reviewing workflows and implementing best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards across all locations.
Requirements
- Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading operations at a district or regional level.
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to set clear objectives and execute plans effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire staff and promote teamwork.
- Experience managing profit & loss statements, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of identifying growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
