What You’ll Do
As a Home Care Aide, you will:
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance).
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their homes.
- Communicate with supervisors about client needs and changes in condition.
- Participate in training and follow all safety, health, and compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Language: Russian-speaking preferred.
- Compassion & Respect: A genuine interest in supporting older adults with dignity and patience.
- Experience: Previous caregiving or home care aide experience is preferred.
- Reliability: Ability to manage time well, follow care plans, and show up consistently for scheduled shifts.
- Requirements: Must pass background clearance (Live Scan), TB test, and health screening.
Location: Santa Clara County, CA (with opportunities in San Jose, Sunnyvale, and surrounding areas)
