Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Manufacturing Machine Operators for multiple manufacturing facilities in the Union, Washington, and Pacific, MO areas, across all three shifts, paid weekly. Experience requirements vary by client — some offer on-the-job training, others prefer experienced operators. We also have multiple CNC Machinist openings with our manufacturing clients for candidates with CNC experience. If you have this experience, we'd love to see you in our office today!
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Follow all plant safety protocols
- Meet daily production targets
- Maintain accurate production records
What You Need:
- Machine operator or CNC experience helpful, but not required — on-the-job training may be provided
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shift
