Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have experience in various maintenance disciplines, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician - good handyman/woman
- Ability to read and understand manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in environments that may involve exposure to different elements and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
