Cartersville, Canton, Cherokee, Woodstock, Marietta, Roswell, Winder, Powder Springs, East Cobb, Sandy Springs, Anderson Mill, Buckhead, Decatur, Fulton, Douglasville, Riverdale, Lake City, Jonesboro, Fayetteville, Westbury of McDonough, Westbury of Jackson
Provide comprehensive eye exams in nursing home settings
Diagnose and manage vision conditions for geriatric patients
Prescribe corrective lenses and recommend treatment plans
Collaborate with facility staff to ensure quality patient care
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
✔ Active Optometrist license in the state of Georgia (required)
✔ Experience working with geriatric or long-term care patients preferred
✔ Strong bedside manner and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently in a mobile setting
$700–$750 per day + percentage of sales
