What You'll Do
- Assist lead technicians on residential and commercial job sites
- Carry, load, and stage tools and materials
- Basic hand tool work: demo, prep, cleanup, patching, painting, and general labor
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Travel to job sites within and outside San Bernardino County as needed
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable with basic hand tools — hammer, drill, utility knife, etc.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Willing and able to travel — some jobs are out of the area (extra pay provided)
- Reliable, on time, and takes direction well
- Valid driver's license required
- Construction or trades experience a plus — but not required; we'll train the right person
Compensation & Perks
- $17–$21/hr based on experience
- Additional travel pay for out-of-area jobs

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
