Duties
- Follow strict sanitation procedures to keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and safe at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any special requests or concerns
- Assist in food preparation and presentation while adhering to food safety management protocols
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions quickly and accurately
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergy information to inform and assist guests effectively
- Support the team during peak hours by managing multiple tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and procedures throughout your shift
Experience
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with POS systems or cash handling is a plus
- Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is highly desirable
