About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-first Human Resources Coordinator to help elevate and support our HR operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a seamless, positive employee experience—from recruiting and onboarding to system administration and HR initiatives.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the early stages of the hiring process, including scheduling phone interviews, administering assessments, and preparing interview materials for hiring managers
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Prepare HR documents such as onboarding materials, internal communications, and event resources
- Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions, providing responsive and helpful HR support
- Support employee engagement initiatives (job fairs, team events, recognition programs, etc.)
- Partner with HR leadership on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or a similar role
- At least 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Sound judgment and a strong ethical mindset
- A strong interest in developing and growing a career in Human Resources
