We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in our Memory Care community. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely meal preparation.
- Assist with sales promotions and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Knowledge of culinary terms and kitchen operations is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the restaurant.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
