Morin's Restaurant is looking for a strong, hands-on Front of House Manager to help lead our dining room, bar, guest experience, and service team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to run great shifts, build a strong team, connect with the local community, and help tell the Morin's story through both service and social media.
Position Summary
The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading daily front-of-house operations, supporting the service team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring guests receive a consistent, welcoming, and professional experience.
This position will also support the restaurant's social media presence by helping capture and share the energy of the restaurant, including specials, team moments, events, guest experience, and day-to-day content opportunities.
The right person will be organized, steady under pressure, comfortable coaching staff, and committed to building a positive and accountable team.
Responsibilities
· Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including dining room, bar, host, service flow, and guest experience.
· Lead, coach, train, and support FOH team members to ensure consistent service standards.
· Create a welcoming and professional environment for guests and team members.
· Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate updates, specials, service focus, policies, and daily priorities.
· Coordinate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth communication and service during busy periods.
· Handle guest questions, concerns, and service recovery professionally and promptly.
· Build and manage FOH schedules to support service needs while being mindful of labor efficiency.
· Monitor FOH and beverage inventory levels and communicate ordering needs as appropriate.
· Support food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards throughout the front of house.
· Reinforce professionalism, urgency, teamwork, and hospitality standards during every shift.
· Support social media by capturing content ideas, photos, short videos, specials, team highlights, and guest experience moments in partnership with leadership.
· Help promote restaurant events, features, menu items, and community engagement through social media content.
· Identify opportunities to improve guest experience, team performance, and restaurant execution.
Qualifications
· Previous restaurant management or assistant management experience required
· Strong front-of-house service knowledge in a full-service restaurant environment.
· Bar or beverage service experience is a plus.
· Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team while maintaining accountability.
· Strong communication skills and a guest-first approach.
· Ability to stay calm, professional, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
· Comfortable managing multiple priorities during busy service periods.
· Basic comfort with social media content, photos, videos, posting ideas, and brand representation.
· Familiarity with food safety standards and restaurant operations
· Reliable, professional, organized, and team-oriented.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
